Moscow resident Narek Hovhannisyan, who acquired the uninhabited island of Chakmut in the Sea of ​​Japan, told how much he plans to invest in real estate and how he plans to create a quest (adventure game) area there.

“It will be a bit like Treasure Island, something in the pirate style. We will take tourists there by water, although in the summer you can also get there on foot – it is 300 meters from the shore, the water is not higher than your knees.”

“The quest participants, divided into teams, will compete for the main prize of 500,000 rubles,” Hovhannisyan told reporters.

The businessman added that 3,000 applications have been received on the project’s recently launched website, and that participation in the quest will cost 20,000 rubles.
