Earlier, Fars news agency reported that Iranian air defense systems shot down several Israeli military aircraft, including an F-35 fighter jet.
According to the Tehran Times, the F-35 fighters that violated Iranian airspace shot down both planes and took one pilot prisoner after he ejected and parachuted into Iranian territory.
