Caprese – How to make it
Ingredients
Tomato – 1 pc
Sea salt
fresh spinach leaves – 1 bunch
red bell pepper – ½ pc
Mozzarella cheese – 125 g
Pesto – 7 teaspoons
balsamic sauce – 1 tablespoon
Method of preparation
Cut the tomatoes into slices about 8 mm thick and season with salt
Wash the spinach with cold water
Cut the pepper into rings
Cut the mozzarella into 8 mm thick strips
Spread a teaspoon of pesto sauce on the tomatoes
Next, put the spinach leaf, then the mozzarella
Arrange in the same order
Drizzle with balsamic dressing
Arrange the peppers side by side and serve.
