Chicken fillet with prunes

Wash the chicken breast (2 pieces) and cut it into 2 equal parts, without reaching the end of the piece.

Wash the prunes (4 pieces), cut them in half and put them in the fillet.

Cut the carrot (1 piece) and large tomatoes (5 pieces) into circles, if the tomato is small (cherry), then cut it into 2 equal parts.

Cut the head of garlic with a press or cut it with a knife.

In a deep bowl, combine spices with 1/2 cup kefir and garlic.

Place the chicken breast with prunes on a baking sheet covered with foil, arrange the finely chopped carrot next to it.

Fill the baking sheet with kefir-based sauce products, and place the tomatoes in circles on top.

Bake the prune-stuffed chicken in the oven at 200°C for 40 minutes. Be sure to cover the fillet with foil in the middle of the baking process so that the stuffed breasts are soft.

You can serve the delicious dish without a side dish or with a vegetable salad.
