Today, April 14, another death occurred in one of the military units of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia. This is reported by shamshyan.com.
At around 16:00, the soldier died on the way to the military hospital (“Muratsan”).
According to the source, high-ranking officers of the RA Military Police and the General Staff of the RA Ministry of Defense arrived at the hospital and are investigating the circumstances of the incident.
The deceased was taken to the hospital from the Nubarashen firing range (polygon) with a gunshot wound.
He is 19-year-old Narek Hakobyan.
A criminal case has been initiated into the incident at the Garrison Investigation Department of the Military Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
Whether the incident was a murder, an accident or a suicide is being determined.
